Start with a free walkthrough. We visit your facility, learn how it's used, and send a custom proposal with a clear scope, schedule, and monthly price. Approve it, and we get to work. There's no obligation to book the walkthrough.

Commercial cleaning is priced for your facility, not from a menu. Your rate depends on square footage, how often you need service, and building access. After your free walkthrough, you receive one clear monthly price and a defined scope, with no surprise line items.

No long-term contract. Service is month-to-month, so you can cancel anytime. Service continues through the end of your current billing month.

You receive one monthly invoice, due within 15 days, and can pay online by card or ACH.
Service & Scheduling

We clean after hours, between 7 PM and 3 AM, so your team walks into a clean space and never has to work around us. Access and keys are arranged during setup.

We provide commercial and janitorial cleaning throughout the South Coast of Massachusetts, including Dartmouth, New Bedford, Fall River, Westport, Acushnet, Fairhaven, and Freetown. Our services include offices, retail spaces, industrial and warehouse facilities, and managed buildings.

We refill soap, paper towels, and liners at every visit. If you'd like us to supply and stock those products for you, it's a simple add-on.

Tell us within 24 hours, and we'll come back and make it right, at no charge. A defined scope and quality checks keep it rare.
